How do you ship the parcel?
The parcels shipped from our stores in China will be shipped depending on the weight and size of the product.

Do you ship to all over the world?
Yes really. We offer shipping to more than 200 countries around the world. However, there are some sites that we can not ship to. If you happen to be present in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?
We are not responsible for any customs duties if the products are shipped by purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages may be shipped to you and you can get a custom fee upon arrival to your country.

How long does the shipping process take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ship containing your tracking information. If you have not received tracking information within 5 days, please contact us.

The tracking process states that “no information is available at the moment.”
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days to update the tracking information on the order. If your order is in advance more than 5 working days, and there is still no information for your tracking number, please contact us.

Will the products be sent in one package or in a separate package?
For logistic reasons, the product in the same purchase sometimes is sent in separate packages, even if you select their combined shipments.

Cancellation and Return Policy
Cancelling order
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 6 hours. If packaging and shipping process begins, it can not be canceled.

Your satisfaction is our first priority so if you want to return the money you can make one request looking for the reason.
If done you do not receive the product within a guaranteed period (45 days not include 2-5 processing days) You can request a return or recharging.
If you receive a wrong product, you can request a return or recharging.
If you do not want a product you have received, you must submit a return request but you must return the product at your expense and should not be used.
Your request did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e., providing the wrong shipping address)
Your order has not arrived due to exceptional circumstances outside of the eviestore control (not passed by Customs, delayed due to natural disaster).

* You can send refund requests within 15 days after the end of the specified warranty period (30 days). You can do this by sending a message on the Contact Us page
If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and your credit will be automatically credited back to your original credit or payment method within 14 days.
