1.  I will promote and market ÉVIE products in my network to potential customers.

 2.  I will write/share/posts/pictures/videos content about ÉVIE products on my Social Networks (Example on: Instagram, facebook, TikTok, blogs etc.)

 3.  I will promote my unique promotion code to increase sales for the Company, which gives 30% discount on the products.

 4. I understand that only one promotion code can be applied per order.

 5.  I will share content using ÉVIE brand hashtags: #éviehandbag #évie #éviestore

 6.  I can post as often as I would like on my Social Networks. I Understand, that I am allowed to repost the Instagram posts from @evie.store.official account.

 7.  I agree that my Brand Ambassador personal discount codes are for personal promotion only, so I cannot or will not hire someone to promote my discount codes on my behalf on their Social Network.

 8.  I will only promote ÉVIE products on Social Networks and in my Network in general in an appropriate way, which mean posting appropriate content such as photos/videos etc. I will contact the Company if clear “understanding” is needed. If the Company thinks some content are inappropriate the Company have the rights to tell the Brand Ambassador to remove and delete the content immediately.

 9. I will not spam on my Social Networks/in my Network or promote the Company in a way that violates any laws or regulations.

 10. I will not promote the Company in any explicit, violent, political, discriminatory, unlawful, threatening, illegal, or otherwise objectional content – subject to the sole direction of the company.

 11. I will not engage in any fraudulent activity. Or any activity in this matter that would harm the Company.

 12.  I will not use any kind of paid advertising with the promotion code or do any paid advertising on any search- or Social Media pages.

1.  I will not create multiple Brand Ambassadors accounts.

2. I will not misrepresent or modify the price of the Company’s products.

3. I will not sell ÉVIE products on unauthorized websites on the Internet or in retail establishments.

4.  I will not use the Company’s brand, image(s), or likeness on my own website, or make a copy of the Company’s website eviestore.com, or anything that will create customer confusion.

5. I will protect the Company’s trademark by not reproducing the Company’s name/trademark or any Company materials for use in advertising without the written approval of the Company.

6. I understand that I’m prohibited from posting my personal discount code on any official ÉVIE Social Network accounts or spamming other people's Social Network accounts etc. or on any websites in an attempt to generate Commission. I’m also prohibited from posting any comment on any official ÉVIE Social Network or websites that could be interpreted as promoting or attempting to redirect users to other Internet locations (e.g., websites, or Social Networks accounts or pages) that feature or distribute my personal discount code.

7. I understand that I may not create or utilize any client-side application (browser plugin, extension, executable etc.) on any device that might imply affiliation with ÉVIE ApS.

8. I understand that I am representing the Company and my manner reflects the highest standard of integrity and responsibility in keeping with the reputation of the Company. If I do not uphold these standards, ÉVIE ApS have the full rights to remove the Brand Ambassador from the program.

9. I understand that the Company reserves the right to deactivate a new customized discount code if the Company finds the code to be inappropriate or objectionable at the Company’s sole discretion.

1. ÉVIE ApS reserves the right to make any correction to prices quoted due to clerical errors or errors of omission.

2. ÉVIE ApS may at any time change the stated prices if this becomes necessary. Our prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. The products will be invoiced at the prices effective at the date of purchase.

3. All stated prices are in EURO. If you or your customer shop within EU all prices are including VAT as the regulations regarding free movement of products apply.

4. If you or your customer purchase from outside the EU, the prices are in EURO and will apply without VAT. The customer of the order will be responsible for all import fees, duty, and or VAT or other taxes in the country that the customer import to. These fees may apply before, during the shipment or when the customer receives the parcel.

5. ÉVIE ApS cannot be held reliable for any of the above fees, duties, taxes etc. payable on orders made, and recommends that all customers make themselves aware of such local charges before ordering.

6. ÉVIE ApS can also not be held liable should local customs officials decide to hold or confiscate items for any reasons.

7. When you or your customers order a product(s) and you are using a payment card denominated in a different currency to EURO, the payment/refund will be subject to the currency exchange rate applied by your card issuer at the time your payment/refund is completed. This has nothing to do with ÉVIE ApS. 

8.  ÉVIE ApS will be solely responsible for processing every order placed on the online shop by you or your customer.

 
1. The Company reserve the right to withdraw any products from our website at any time.

2. Whist we will use our very best to process orders, there may be exceptional circumstances, which may prevent us to do so, even after we have sent you an Order Confirmation, and as such we retain, at our discretion, to refuse to process or accept such orders.

3. The Company will not be liable to you or any third party for withdrawing any products from our website or refusing to process or accept an order after an order confirmation has been sent.

 F: Disclosure

 
1. I may use text such as “#sponsored”, “#ad”, “#brandambassador” or “#ambassador” to disclose this relationship.

 
1. I will receive 20% commission on each order amount purchased with my promotion code. Commissions are excluding the shipping cost.

2. If orders are submitted without using my ÉVIE Brand Ambassador promotion code, these orders will not be credited to my account. No cash compensation will be provided by the Company. 

3. The Company will not cancel any order(s) if an order was submitted and paid for without the usage of a Brand Ambassador code.

4. I understand that the Company pays commissions every 2nd following month after the sale, on the 1. day of the month. 
Example: product sold 5. June, commission paid out 1. August. This is to ensure there hasn’t been a return/refund of sale as the shipping can take a long time etc. You will not get a commission if a sale has been returned/refunded.

5. I will not receive a commission on my own orders, where I get a special Brand Ambassador discount.

6. I agree that the Company has the right to change or modify the commission percentage at any time. (This will not affect a payout, which has been credited to you before the changes).

7. All payouts are in EURO. The minimum payout is 50 EURO. This means your payout will be paid to you once you have a commission of more than 50 EURO total.

8. Your commission will be paid out through PayPal or via Bank. It’s up to the Company to choose which payout method to use. The Brand Ambassador will be responsible to have a valid PayPal or Bank account.

9. If you are using a different account than EURO currency to handle your payout and currency, the payout will be subject to the currency exchange rate applied by your issuer at the time your payout is completed. This has nothing to do with ÉVIE ApS and the Company cannot be held responsible for this.

1. I understand that ÉVIE ApS has the right to repost any content the Brand Ambassador are sharing on their Social Networks with ÉVIE products, without requiring special permission from Brand Ambassador, or without compensating the Brand Ambassador with monetary compensation or gift cards. 
Even if the Brand Ambassador has exited the program or has been excluded by ÉVIE the Company has the right to use the pictures with ÉVIE products.

 2. I grant the Company a worldwide, irrevocable, sub-licensable, non-exclusive license to use the content I create, promote, and share with the Company’s products, in any manner, in whole or in part, in perpetuity. This includes, but is not limited to, social media, advertising, publications, marketing material, or any other form of media.

3. The Company grants the Brand Ambassador a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to use the Company’s name, logo, slogans, promotion codes, likeness, and other advertising material solely for the purpose of this Brand Ambassador Agreement. The Company retains all rights to their content. 

 
1. If I choose to leave the Brand Ambassador program or if I for some reason have to be evicted from the program, I agree that any of my photos used by ÉVIE ApS will remain in their database to use on their Social Networks.


2. If I choose to leave the Brand Ambassador program or if I for some reason have to be evicted from the program I will get my commission paid out on the same terms as always: 2nd following month after the sale.

3. I must be an active Brand Ambassador to remain in the program. This means at least 1 product purchased by you or one of your customers every 2nd Year. If the Brand Ambassador is not active the Company reserves the right to terminate the Brand Ambassador due to inactivity.

4. I agree that the company reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time.

 
5. Either party may terminate this agreement immediately for cause or without reason upon written notice to contact@eviestore.com.

6. The Company can terminate the Brand Ambassador Agreement at any time and with 1 day's written notice.

7. ÉVIE ApS may discontinue the Brand Ambassador Program at any time. 

 
1. I understand that the Company shall not be liable to the Brand Ambassador or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential or any other damages including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profit, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from the Brand Ambassador program.

1. The Brand Ambassador shall not disclose the terms of this agreement to any third party.

2. The activities, rewards and other information available in the Brand Ambassador portal/ back office is confidential and shall not disclose to any third party.

 
1. I agree to the Company’s Privacy Policy and I have read and agree to these terms.

2. This agreement is subject to acceptance by ÉVIE ApS and is conditioned by the acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

3. I understand that I am an independent Brand Ambassador, which is not employed by ÉVIE ApS. I, therefore, need to follow my home country's personal income tax rules. ÉVIE is not responsible for filing this to your country's authorities; you are responsible to pay your correct taxes.

4. By submitting this agreement, Brand Ambassadors agree to receive regular email newsletters from www.eviestore.com
This service will give Brand Ambassadors news about products, the company, or relevant info about the Brand Ambassador program.

5. The Company may provide additional benefits/gifts for its top-performing Brand Ambassadors at its discretion.

6. ÉVIE ApS uses a third-party service to handle the Brand Ambassador back office system and email generation.

7. At The Company’s discretion, it may increase, change or modify reward distributions at any time with no liability or further obligations to Brand Ambassadors.

8. The Company agrees to adhere to the Company’s privacy policy in these Terms & Conditions. The Company will never give, lease, sell or otherwise disclose Brand Ambassador’s personal information. Any information Brand Ambassadors give to the Company online over the platform/ back office or over email/telephone will be held with the utmost care, and will only be managed by ÉVIE ApS or any trusted third-party service that has been hired by the Company to do certain work on the Company’s behalf.  Examples of third-party services: Accountant, payout companies (PayPal), banks, Sales Team App, Shopify etc.

9. Brand Ambassadors have the right to request a copy of the information that the Company holds about the Brand Ambassador, however, the Company does have certain obligations to keep data records for legal and accounting purposes. Please send us an email at contact@eviestore.com outlining your request and we will reply within a reasonable time.

10. Should there be any disputes regarding these Terms & Conditions, ÉVIE ApS's decision is final.

11. This Agreement represents the entire agreement between you and us and shall supersede all prior agreements and communications of the parties, oral or written.

12. The heading and titles contained in the Agreement are included for convenience only, and shall not limit or otherwise affect the terms of this Agreement.

 13. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, and all relevant parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.

 14. If discrepancies exist between the English Terms & Conditions and other language versions, the English version shall prevail.
